Only 12 Exhibitor booth spaces are reserved and they cannot be purchased independently. Additional sponsorships will remain open for purchase after the initial 12 are sold.
Showcase Exhibitors
45 Minute Presentation
The first 10 Showcase sponsors will be entitled to present a 45-minute session during the scheduled concurrent conference sessions. These will be scheduled throughout the day on Monday and Tuesday.

Monday, July 28: 8:00 am - 4:00pm
Tuesday, July 29: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
Combined Club Ballrooms A & B are located at the far end of the veranda/porch east of The Pantry restaurant.
Deadline
Exhibit Space is limited to the first 12 showcase sponsors. Sponsorship opportunities will remain available. All payments must be received by April 1, 2025
Shipping and Service Contractor
Exhibitor agrees to ship at their own risk and expense all. The Jekyll Island Club Hotel must be notified in advance of shipping arrangements to ensure the proper acceptance of items. All shipments should be shipped to the hotel no sooner than 5 days prior to exhibit installation. Hotel staff assists with moving received items to the exhibor room prior to conference start. On-site retrieval could be necessary; be preparred to pay any applicable fees. Contact the Exhibitor Coordinator for more information.
Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits
Exhibitors may begin installation on Sunday, July 27, at 1 pm or at 7 am on Monday, July 28. Move-in must be complete and all shipping materials removed by 8 am on Monday. Dismantling may begin at 3 pm on Tuesday, July 29, and must be complete by 5 pm.
Booth Design
Displays should be confined to the limits of the exhibitor’s assigned space. Signs or banners may not be affixed, nailed, or otherwise attached to walls, doors, or the building. Audio-visual devices used are subject to the approval of the conference manager but are allowed so long as they are operated in such a way as to avoid disturbance or interference with others.
