The Clay award submissions due April 10, 2026
The Clay Award honors the founder of the Distance Learning Administration Conference and The Online Journal of Distance Learning Administration. This award recognizes a woman in higher education whose professional accomplishments reflect Dr. Clay’s visionary leadership and her commitment to advancing distance learning as both an advocate and an agent of change.
The Clay Award is awarded selectively, honoring only those whose contributions rise to its high standard of excellence. It may be presented in consecutive years when qualified nominees are identified, or it may be reserved in years when no candidate fully reflects the award’s intent. Each presentation of the Clay Award affirms exceptional achievement and lasting impact.
